“Why would we believe you over the word of an honest man?”
Little Dipper" is set in 1950s Rhode Island, where Betty navigates her new life in a small town. Initially met with resistance and skepticism by the tight-knit community of women, Betty perseveres and eventually earns their trust. As they unite to support one of their own in a moment of crisis, the play tenderly explores themes of female empowerment, community, and the challenges of overcoming sexism, revealing the transformative power of female solidarity and acceptance.
