If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase (provided it is unused). We are unable to offer refunds on used goods.
If your item(s) have been damaged in transit, please advise us, providing photographic evidence of the damage, and we will provide a refund.
If your item develops a fault within 90 days of purchase, please advise us, providing photographic evidence of the fault along with your receipt. We will then contact you to discuss a refund.
We are unable to offer exchanges on any items purchased.
Refunds are a reversal of your payment, therefore we can only send your money back to you in the same way it was received.
Items can currently only be posted to a UK address and will be posted to the address entered on checkout. We cannot offer international shipping or on-Campus collection at this time.
