A new adaptation of Shakespeare's The Rape of Lucrece that focuses on the journey to accountability and justice in the aftermath of one of history's oldest tragedies.
In ancient Rome a lustful Prince seeks out the wife of one of his fellow soldiers said to be the most beautiful in Ardea, Lucrece. She valiantly tells her story of survival and is joined by her Husband, Father, and neighbours to fight for Justice.
#Meetoo conversations have been bravely held for centuries, this piece is a call to action, "handing over the mic", including everyone in the conversation so that one day we won't have to have it anymore.
