Pornography

Written by Simon Stephens. Directed by Jules Tipton.

Described as Simon Stephens’ ‘love letter to London’, “Pornography” chronicles the city in the days leading up to the catastrophic attack on 7/7/2005.

It was the first play to respond to these events – from the public celebrations at the successful bid to host the 2012 Olympics to the chaos in the aftermath of the bombings.

The play depicts different lives, fragmented, across the generations: connections made when impulses are followed, boundaries are pushed, and rules are broken.

Cast:

Maayan Amiran, Logan Chase, Miriam Chim, Brittany Escobedo, Wenjun He, Caleb J. Leal, Jun Noh, Johanna Puhakka, Sonja Sorvola, Shayla Tharp, Sean Verdu, Xiaonan Wang

15+. This production contains language and descriptions of a violent and sexual nature.

Watch via our YouTube Channel on Wednesday 3 June at 5pm.
